Meghan and Jake were married right down the road from my house at Gregory Vineyards! There are a bunch of nice things about this place but one that photographers can really appreciate is the giant window in the room where the girls are getting ready. You would think with family it would be easy to write something! Samantha is my niece and I have known her since she was 8 or 9 when I first started dating my wife. I have way to much to choose from and I’m feeling really old right now! This blog is more about the photos anyway. I will say I can’t wait to shoot their wedding! It’s in the OBX and it’s going to be good! All of the shots below are from various areas around Charlotte, NC.
Andrew started kindergarten yesterday… sort of . It was his first day of staggered entry. He is so ready and excited. It was much harder on his mommy. :) I can’t believe we have one in 4th grade and kindergarten. It really does go by fast!
It has been a joy shooting for Erica and Brian! I have been looking forward to this one. I look forward to shooting all of them but this one was at the beach. It was a little different in that it was a beach wedding but not on the beach. Ocean Isle has a nice little chapel just after you cross over the bridge on the right. We were thankful to be inside because the wind could almost blow you down! A huge thanks goes out to Courtney for making the trip to the beach and shooting with me.
