Looking at the photos below you would never know it was raining cats and dogs just before the ceremony! The entire morning was spent checking the radar to see if the wedding was going to take place actually on the beach or inside the hotel. Thankfully everything worked out and it was beautiful! The cons of shooting on the beach are a small trade off for all of the pros. The best part is you don’t have to be as quiet; you can get really close to the action and you don’t even have to wear shoes!

My poor blog! It has been a very busy spring and summer and I have plenty to post. Capital City Bikefest is always a fun event to shoot. The weather wasn’t the greatest on Friday and Saturday but it didn’t seem to deter too many from coming out. Sunday was amazing and Ray Price Harley-Davidson was absolutely packed. This one is a big post but only because there was a lot going on over the three day event. There was so much going on it was hard for me to cover everything. Check out the photos below to see it from my perspective.

Check out some of my favorite photos from a few recent real estate/architecture sessions. I enjoy the challenge of lighting these. Some of them were quite challenging and required about every flash I have! But that’s what makes it fun.
