In preparation for the upcoming Capital City Bike Fest we got some shots of Mike’s Sportster. I have a few shots of him with the bike but since he won the Sportster class at the Ray Price open house earlier this year I thought it would be cool to shoot just the bike. The changes to his bike are subtle but make a big difference compared to a stock bike. If you are into motorcycles you should check out the event this weekend in downtown Raleigh. Stop by our booth and say hi. Jatana will be there at least. I’ll be running around taking pictures.

This past weekend I had the opportunity to cover the Ride for the Red event put on by the American Red Cross. The event started at Ray Price Harley Davidson in Raleigh and ended at Locked and Loaded in Garner. Even though it was hot (Tarzan hot!) they had their most successful year to date with 69 bikes participating. I was happy to be a part of it. Check out some of my favorites below.

One year ago today I finally started blogging! I’m proud to say that I have somewhat kept it updated too. It’s also my birthday! What better way to celebrate than post some of my favorite shots from the Ray Price Harley Davidson Open House event held this past Saturday. I had a booth with a few of my large biker/car canvas gallery wraps on display. They had a huge turnout and it was cool to be a part of it!

If you have ever been to the Dunn-Benson Dragstrip then you have probably seen this dude. He used to own it. He’s a long time friend of my wife’s family. I met up with him and my brother-in-law at his shop to get a few shots for my booth at the Ray Price open house next month. The area behind his shop has a bunch of older cars that have been parted out which made for a cool background for the photos. I think the best part was he had a story behind every car there. The kind of story only a long time car guy could tell. It was great.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph a couple of dudes full of character. JD and Alfred are a big part of Freedom Biker Church of Fayeteville and have awesome testimonies. The chilly evening weather and rolling clouds didn’t stop us and actually made for some great shots. Check ’em out below.
